Flocked Clearer Roller Cleaning Machine

Machine is automatic, easy to operate and maintain. High efficient and fast in feeding for cleaning which reduces damages to rollers
& also manpower. Power consumption is low having bowl load capacity of 200 Nos. and feeding capacity of 1000 rollers per hour.

Machine is designed for quick and efficient cleaning of R/F flocked clearer rollers with metal wires, without damaging or spoiling the
surface of the clearer roller and the cotton fibres and fluffs are collected in chamber. Fitted with maintenance free gear box and consumes very less power 0.25 HR 3 Phase electric motor. Metal wires softly goes into the bottom surface of the roller which removes fluff, dust and dirts collected by the clearer roller. Very easy to operate and is capable to clean 1000 rollers per hour, Machine is fixed on trolley wheel to move one place to another place.
